Integrated Data provides expert data security consultancy services, on site and/or remotely, specific to your requirements.

The General Data Protection Regulation is an opportunity for your organisation to distinguish itself from its peers by engaging with and gaining the trust of the people with whom you deal – customers, employees and others.

Integrated Data can provide practical and bespoke advice on how to prepare in a  comprehensive and proportionate way for the threats and opportunities it presents.

We have guided major projects in some of the UK’s largest businesses and also assist small and medium size enterprises in their GDPR plans.

We have experience of project managing within complex organisations, acting as an outsourced DPO for smaller organisations, and have conducted Data Privacy Impact Assessments and Gap Analyses, identifying the key issues that organisations need to address between their current framework  under the Data Protection Act, and GDPR. We engaged across organisations to assess the impact  on the business as a whole, and build plans to ensure compliance by 25 May 2018.

We provide practical specific advice on how to draft policies that are appropriate for your business and how to implement processes, practices and procedures that allow your business to meet its objectives while complying with privacy requirements.  This includes managing project managers to help them deliver practical compliant services which protect customers, staff and the business.

We spend time with each business department to ensure we fully understand its unique operational needs and issues and we can advise on the requirements for international data transfers, drafting policy documents, reviewing retention standards, regulatory engagement, establishing and managing teams, as well as devising and delivering training aimed at sectors, businesses and individual departments.
